1:1 Personal Training
You can choose from:
• 1 or 2 in-person sessions a week
• 1 or 2 virtual sessions a week
These also include additional programmed sessions, text support and movement guidance.
Online Coaching
Individualised coaching programmes including:

Small Group Classes
Weekly in-person classes held in Horsham

Meet your coach
Hey, I’m Nicky,
A proud mum, CFL1, certified pregnancy and postpartum athleticism coach and former PE teacher. I am on a mission to be the support I wish I had during my own journey into motherhood.
As a mum of one, I understand the transformative journey of pregnancy and postpartum. Having transitioned from a teaching career, I’m driven by a desire to empower fellow mothers with the tools they need to thrive physically and emotionally during this beautiful phase of life.
I understand the importance of self-care during this time and the need to do activities that make you feel like you. I know motherhood and fitness is a constant balancing act and have been through the ups, downs and frustrations. But, I also know how amazing it feels when you get there, when you achieve your goals and when you do you.
My goal is to help you continue doing what you love, and find the right programme for you. I want you to enjoy this journey, to understand the why’s and how’s and achieve a long life of athleticism.
