My Services
Both 1:1 Personal Training and Online Coaching include sessions tailored to each individual, whether you are:
pregnant and wanting to continue exercise in preparation for birth and recovery
postpartum and wanting to rehab in preparation for returning to the gym or other activities
I can support your journey to achieving any fitness goal, whether it is returning to the gym, running or competitive sport.
Sessions will include core rehab, pelvic floor considerations and movement guidance while progressing at a speed appropriate for you.
All sessions are suitable to have baby near or we can include them!
Personal Training
You can choose from 1 or 2 sessions a week, 1:1 or 1:2.
All sessions can be carried out:
virtually on google meet
in-person at my home garage gym, Horsham
in-person at BYS CrossFit, Burgess Hill.
There is the option to add some online coaching to your package as well.
Online Coaching
You can choose from 3 or 4 sessions a week. Suitable for those who would prefer a remote coaching programme.
This package includes:
all sessions delivered through an app
videos to help with movement guidance
weekly check-ins and message support
education surrounding progressions and your body
Bumps & Babies Group Classes
Weekly in-person classes held at Horsham Crossfit.
Currently available for pregnant and postpartum women, with space to bring babies (6 weeks - 12 months).
Sessions will focus on:
building a community between mums
core and pelvic floor prehab and rehab
increasing confidence to rejoin the gym
Every Tuesday & Thursday @ 11.30am with first session free!
